We know that dealing with rental properties means that different services are needed at different times. This is why we have structured our fees to offer you the best service for your particular requirements.

Small Jobs*

For the smaller jobs such as fixing a boiler or changing a lock, we have an hourly rate. Alternatively if you have a number of small jobs, we offer a day rate. 

Larger Jobs*

For all larger jobs such as refurbishing, or replacing a kitchen etc, we will quote a specific price for the works on request.

Materials

All materials will be charged at retail price. For most basic maintenance work, we already carry a wide range of materials. Anything else required we can source on your behalf.

Landlord Services

Landlord services are charged on a per job basis. For a full list of rates, please email us with your name and contact details, including telephone number so that we can send it to you.
